LTC for Students
Student success matters at NAIT; the Learning and Teaching Commons (LTC) wants to help you not only achieve your goals but to exceed them. Resources, services, expertise, equipment and facilities can make a vital difference to your time at NAIT.
When you need to practice a presentation or do active group work, you can book a Collaboration Room
. Each room has the technology that allows you to collaborate with other participants using devices that are wireless, using real-time annotation and file sharing. Participants can connect up to four (4) devices (PC, Mac Laptops, Android or Apple phones and tablets).
The Computer Commons
is a place where students can access computers as needed. We don't just have one computer commons. We have four.
is your working library. We provide engaging spaces for individual or group work, seating areas, and a large collection of print and online resources. You can print, copy or scan, borrow resources, or access ebooks and ejournals online. Use the Library Services website to book a collaboration room, or check out how to do 3D printing or sound editing in new makerspace areas. We're happy to provide assignment help so you can develop strong research and citation skills. Visit us in person, or use chat to contact us - we have great staff who provide expert support for all your library needs.

Project Printing and Finishing
is here to help you with all your large-format and specialty print projects. We provide full-service inkjet and laser printing on high quality paper and weighted cardstock.”

Students can access a variety of resources and services, such as learning strategy sessions, tutoring, supplemental learning, learning skills workshops, and more. Additionally, we provide individualized accommodations for disabled students, including alternate format course materials, assistive and adaptive technology, exam accommodations, captioning, and sign language interpretation. The Study Spaces
is a place just for students and has both quiet, individual study space and space for group work. Be advised: students on the quiet side can be quite strict about maintaining silence
