Forest Technology

FAQ's

Forest Technology prerequisites include:

One of English 30-1 or English 30-2 (High School completed prior to 2003: English 30 or English 33)
One of Pure Math 30 or Applied Math 30 (High School completed prior to 2001: Math 30 or Math 33)
Two of Biology 20, Chemistry 20 or Physics 20 with preference given to applicants with 30-level sciences.

A St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid certificate and CPR Heartsaver certification are also required.

Forest Technology 1st year program will start on AUGUST 16th, 2010 and Forest Technology 2nd year program will start on AUGUST 23th, 2010.

Program info sessions are held during NAIT's Info Week in February of each year. This year's session will be February 1, 2010, 1:00pm in room V338.

You can also learn about the Forest Technology program at NAIT's Open House, held every year in mid-October.
