Lean Manufacturing (Lean Enterprise Management)

Program Model / Completion Requirements

Each module covers two days and 14 hours. Weekend classes are held every three weeks.

Certification

A NAIT Lean Manufacturing (Lean Enterprise Management) Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of:

  • core modules (PMC101-106), plus
  • six additional modules

Students can take the certificate-specific modules prior to or after the core (Project Leadership) modules.

Accreditation

NAIT is a Project Management Institute (PMI) approved Global Registered Education Provider.

Career Opportunities

Although this certificate program is open to all students, it is generally appropriate for people working or looking to work in Lean Management leadership, continuous improvement and/or process improvement - including positions such as manufacturing engineer, Six Sigma engineer or business manager. Continuing education students will find the credential adds to their professional development, skill set and overall value or marketability as an employee or business owner.
