Business Administration - Management

Entrance Requirements

Entrance into Year 2 of the Business Administration - Management program requires completion of Business Administration - Year 1 or equivalent.

A high school diploma is not required but preferable. However, applicants must have successfully completed:

• English 30-1 or Engish 30-2 or equivalent
• Math 30 Applied or Math 30 Pure or equivalent

Students must have completed a minimum of eight Year 1 courses. Those eight courses must include the following courses in order to enter Year 2 of the program:

• JRSB101 - Communications I
• JRSB110 - Microeconomics
• JRSB115 - Financial Accounting
• JRSB120 - Introduction to Business
• JRSB125 - Introduction to Finance
• JRSB150 - Introduction to IT
• Plus 2 other courses

Student selection is competitive and is based on criteria that my include academic achievement beyond the minimum stated prerequisites.

Advanced / Transfer Credit

The Business Administration - Management program is recognized by various Alberta universities and colleges.
