We recommend applying as early as possible to ensure you are accepted. Remember, a Career Investigation must accompany your application.
To begin the program in September (fall semester), we recommend you apply by March 31. The Registrar's Office starts reviewing applications for September in the middle of January, so the earlier you apply, the greater the chance the program will have available spaces. If you apply after March 31, your application will be considered if space is available.
To begin the program in January (winter semester), we recommend you apply by November 1. The same cautions apply for the winter semester as for the fall semester. You may apply before you have completed your current schooling. Conditional acceptance may be granted; however, full acceptance depends on completion of your studies.
It will cost approximately $800 to $1,100 for books and supplies per year. Some of the books may be available secondhand.

Our counsellors suggest that a full-time student not work more than 10-15 hours per week. Any more than that will make it difficult to balance work, studies and leisure time.
Program chairs will evaluate your transcript upon request after you have been accepted into the program. We have a significant number of students who receive advance credit for work done at another post-secondary educational institute.
NAIT publishes its findings and research regarding graduate placement rates. Click here to find out more.
While physical and leisure education is not mandatory in the business program, we recommend it for a healthy lifestyle and for stress reduction while studying.
