NAIT Shell Manufacturing Centre

The NAIT Shell Manufacturing Centre was created in 2006 to assist Alberta industries improve their business processes by providing productivity solutions using both time-tested and innovative technology, manufacturing expertise, and practical education, in a collaborative environment.

The stakeholders envisioned a Centre that would be the leader in manufacturing solutions and productivity enhancement training in the province of Alberta.


Productivity Enhancement Training
The NAIT Shell Manufacturing Centre offers more than 12 certificate programs designed to assist business and industry in becoming more efficient in the global economy.

Manufacturing Solutions
The Manufacturing Solutions area allows industry to conduct applied research in the following areas; rapid prototyping, prototype development, plan design, robotics and automation.
