NAIT’s Productivity Enhancement Services (576K PDF) (Current PES Course Calendar) offers a series of 12 certificate programs (scroll down to see full listing) designed to assist business and industry in becoming more effective and efficient in the global economy. Completion of these programs will provide employees with the skills to:

NAIT is a Project Management Institute (PMI) approved Global Registered Education Provider.

Our highly reputed Project Leadership Certificate has major salient features that are in addition to what is in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from PMI.

The main differences, including soft skills, are noted below.

Learning Styles: The program is experiential, especially designed for adult learners that assure full participant engagement, to build on their respective experiences instead of being lectured to.
National Prosperity: The inclusion of a productivity improvement workshop that explores the rationale for any training and project improvement, including customer service/satisfaction, need for quality, cost of rework, importance of staff training/development/retention, barriers to quality service, building cooperative relationships, a standardized process improvement model, process improvement principles, etc.
Principle-Centered Leadership: Explicit facilitative leadership skills including effective meetings and conflict management
Customization: Identification of potential improvement projects within your organization, so that we can wrap the training around your productivity improvement needs.
Proven Clientele: More than 400 managers attending these sessions at any given time throughout the year, representing more than 50-60 organizations. In addition, we have conducted customized training for more than 50 companies.
Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Services: Facilitation/Consulting Services to assist first time project managers become successful, and to help organizations adopt the EPMO methodology for ongoing success.

For Individuals

Productivity Enhancement Services consists of 12 continuing education certificates. The series of certificates are designed as an affordable solution to help you advance your career. The certificates consist of modules that are typically offered during the weekends, keeping in mind that most of the participants are busy, working professionals. The workload is modest and reasonable. You have the opportunity to learn from our experts with significant real-world experience. You also get to learn and network with a classroom of your peers from other organizations. Several of our past graduates from Productivity Enhancement Services have noted that it has positively impacted both their personal and professional lives.

Completion of the Project Leadership Certificate (PMC101 through PMC106) is a co-requisite for most of the remaining certificates. Each module consists of a 2-day weekend (14 hours) workshop. You may register for one module at a time and pay the registration fee of $450.00. It is important that you register for the next module in the series, at least one week prior to the start date. Please register early as the sections tend to fill up quickly, due to the popularity of the program.
