Career OpportunitiesThis program is open to all prospective students, especially those wishing to gain hands-on experience in calibration and machine inspection techniques. Machine Shop inspection personnel are in high demand and this program is well-recognized by employers. Continuing Education students will find the credential adds to their professional development, skill set and overall value or marketability as an employee or business owner.
Advanced Credit Possibilities
Each module covers two days and 14 hours. Weekend classes are held every three weeks.
Applicants who possess Journeyman Machinists or Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification or are Graduates of the NAIT Mechanical Engineering Technology program will receive advance credit for the following three courses:
