The ARC Mate 100iB/6S is a six axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven robot designed for precise, high-speed welding.  Provides accurate and consistent path performance.

Features:

Located in B112, the NAIT Shell Manufacturing Centre has a 455MSTT Multi Process Welder and Fanuc Robotic Feeder arm with software from Lincoln Electric for those applications where heat input control, minimal distortion, and reduced spatter are essential.  A variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys may be welded.
