NAIT is one of the largest apprenticeship training providers in Canada. To train as an apprentice, you must already be registered with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) and working for an AIT-certified employer in your desired trade. The average apprenticeship program takes approximately 4 years to complete, with 4-12 weeks spent at NAIT per year and the remaining time spent on the job. We have multiple campuses in the Edmonton area that focus on training specific apprenticeship programs.
