Counselling is a free, confidential service. Your counsellor will help you address concerns that are preventing you from achieving your potential.
One-to-one sessions typically last for 50 minutes. Your counsellor will assist you with the skills you need to cope with student life. Be proactive by acting on your need for support early on.

Some students may require more urgent attention. If you are experiencing a crisis come to the Counselling Office immediately and you will be seen as soon as possible. If you need help outside of the office hours please call the Mental Health Adult Crisis Response Team on 780-482-0222.
