The larger BMI group is divided into smaller groups of 7- 10 participants for the delivery of practical teaching sessions. Each small group is led by an experienced facilitator from the BMI team. Each participant will deliver at least three 15-minute lessons to the small groups following the theory and practice outlined in the BMI modules. Group members and the group leader provide constructive feedback to the presenter.
The topics chosen for the short lesson do not matter as participants receive feedback on the instructional process only. Participants can choose a hobby, an interest, or a subject from their class. One lesson can be from each of the Affective, Cognitive and Psychomotor domains and must follow a lesson plan.
