Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 7am to 9 am, Lorraine Mansbridge will be doing live cut in on Global's Morning Show from NAIT. She will be featuring NAIT’s Retail Meat Cutting program. The segments will be full of tips people can use at home; how to cut up a whole chicken, how to properly portion the large cuts of beef, how to fillet a fish, what it takes to make home-made sausage and jerky and how to smoke it at home.
It will also promote the fact NAIT's Meat Shop is open to the public during the school year. Regular Store hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
