NAIT has strong showing at provincial business case competition

NAIT hosts the Annual Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition and finishes with a strong showing.

The JR Shaw School of Business team placed second out of 14 competing post-secondary institutions.  According the Dr. Kevin Nagel, the Dean of the JR Shaw School of Business, NAIT's team was the only team to get the financial analysis portion of the competition correct. For team NAIT's efforts, it was awarded $1,500.  The winning team included: Zhiying (Ann) Chen, Gordon Garriock, Jeff Nelson, Jason Paulsen and Connie Warholik and was coached by Don Ausman. 

Grande Prairie College won the competition, NAIT's JR Shaw School of Business placed second, while Lethbridge Community College placed third.
