Users of online reservation serviced voted NAIT restaurant among the best in the country.
EDMONTON – Ernest’s at NAIT has been named one of the 100 Best Restaurants in Canada for 2017 by Open Table diners. OpenTable is an online reservation tool used by more than 2,000 restaurants across the country.
The winners are based on more than 500,000 restaurant reviews submitted by diners using OpenTable between November 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017.
This is the second year Ernest’s has been recognized by OpenTable. In 2016, it was named one of the 100 Best Restaurants for Foodies in Canada.
Ernest’s dining room has been an essential part of NAIT’s Culinary Arts program since 1963, providing students with critical real-world skills while offering Edmontonians a first-rate dining experience. Contemporary local and regional dishes at Ernest’s are prepared by second-year Culinary Arts students under the supervision of the polytechnic’s seasoned chef instructors.
