More than 4,000 donors have contributed to Essential: the NAIT Campaign since it launched in November, 2014
EDMONTON – NAIT’s biggest-ever campaign has raised more than $123 million to support students at the polytechnic, far exceeding its $100 million goal.
Essential: the NAIT Campaign has funded new campus learning spaces including the Centre for Applied Technology– NAIT’s largest-ever capital project – the Heavy Equipment Technology Building, and the Melton Crane and Hoisting Building in Spruce Grove.
The campaign has also funded new teaching tools and technologies, mental health and wellness programs, and increased student financial support and scholarships.

- A total of $123,141,493 has been raised in the campaign
- 4,225 donors contributed, including 656 NAIT staff
- About 4,000 scholarships and bursaries worth $6 million were distributed in 2017-18, an 83% increase since 2009
