Culinary Arts students compete to create new Tokyo Express products
WHAT: NAIT Culinary Arts students will compete to have their Asian-inspired culinary creations added to Tokyo Express’ Tetsu Chef line of products.
Competition will be fierce, as the students will have only four hours to prepare their dishes, which will be judged by a group of industry experts.

2:30 p.m. - Students begin meal prep
WHY: The judges will select up to six winning dishes which will be added to the Tetsu Chef line, a new line of authentic and fresh Asian cuisine including a variety of heat and serve entrees and noodle salads sold at various retail outlets.
The winners, who will be announced in the new year, will receive $500 each and have their names on the packaging. A bonus $500 will be awarded to the best overall dish.
The Tokyo Express Group owns and operates 16 restaurants and a 20,000 square-foot commissary in Edmonton.
