Students compete to be named NAIT’s Top Bannock Chef
Students will go head-to-head in NAIT’s first bannock bakeoff. Participants in this timed competition will have up to an hour in a NAIT kitchen to prepare their best bannock from scratch. Judging and tasting will follow.
The competition is open to NAIT aboriginal students from any program area, with the winner named NAIT’s Top Bannock Chef. This is meant to be a fun event and stress-reliever for students, many of whom are preparing for exams.
