NAIT assisted therapy dog is going to high school
Flynn, NAIT’s ambassador of paws-itivity, is hitting the road this week. The certified therapy dog will visit Centre High, offering students preparing for exams some well-deserved stress relief.
A one-year-old Australian Labradoodle, Flynn works full-time out of NAIT’s Health Services office with his owner Linda Shaw, a registered nurse and NAIT’s supervisor of health services. This will be Flynn’s first visit to a secondary school. Centre High is NAIT’s largest feeder high school.
