Competition challenges entrepreneurs to start a company in 72 hours
NAIT is hosting 3 Day Startup, a learn-by-doing workshop that challenges young entrepreneurs to start a company over the course of three days. Business concepts will be pitched to a panel of mentors on the final day. The workshop will include participants from NAIT, the University of Alberta and MacEwan University.
Developed by a group of University of Texas students in 2008, 3 Day Startup has become one of the world’s leading entrepreneurial support programs. The program has been delivered in 18 countries at more than 60 schools – including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Georgia Tech and Harvard University. This is the first time 3 Day Startup has been held in Canada.
