International students are an important and vital part of the NAIT community, and NAIT Admissions works hard each year to ensure a diverse class of students from around the world. You are considered to be an international applicant if you are not a citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.

Note: You should apply as early as possible. The admission of international applicants is competitive and the available seats are limited. The length of time needed to get a study permit can vary depending on which country you are coming from.
Most Continuing Education programs have start dates each September, January and May. You should apply approximately 3 to 4 months before your planned start date to allow enough processing time for your study permit.
