International Applications
International students are an important and vital part of the NAIT community, and NAIT Admissions works hard each year to ensure a diverse class of students from around the world. You are considered to be an international applicant if you are not a citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
When to Apply – Full-Time Day Programs

Example: Applications will be accepted beginning October 1, 2011 for programs starting in Fall 2012.
When to Apply – Full-Time Continuing Education Programs
Most Continuing Education programs have start dates in September, January and May.
Note: You should apply approximately 3 to 4 months before your planned start date to allow enough processing time for your study permit. The length of time needed to get a study pemit can vary depending on which country you are coming from.
