Moving from one environment to another can be difficult. There is a lot to consider in terms of education, career and lifestyle choices. For people with disabilities these decisions can have wider reaching implications than for people without disabilities.

One way of making effective choices is to be prepared. Transitioning from one routine into another can be made easier if there is a clearer idea of what to expect. To prepare for both College and the workplace, it is worthwhile preparing a Career Investigation Report. This is required for most programs at NAIT and it will give you realistic expectations of your chosen career.
