Preparing for Hong Kong!
Culinary Team NAIT is busy preparing for the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2011 (HKICC) at HOFEX in Hong Kong, May 11 - 14, 2011. This event is one of only 4 culinary competitions endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies and will be an incredible international competition experience for our students.
