Preparing for Hong Kong!
Culinary Team NAIT is busy preparing for the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2011 (HKICC) at HOFEX, May 11 - 14, 2011.
HKICC is "one of the only four culinary competitions endorsed by WACS - World Association of Chefs Societies. Co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations (HKCA), HKICC 2011 aims at promoting culinary excellence, skills and abilities of Chefs, Cooks, Pastry Chefs/Cooks and Apprentices from close and far."
The 6 team members will be focused on specific areas of the competition, supported by Team NAIT Manager Vinod Varshney and Coaches Hong Chew and Clayton Folkers, and support member Margaret Andris.
