Daniel Bibby (Culinary Arts Apprenticeship '88) discusses how the instructors, networking opportunities, and contacts he found at NAIT opened doors to a successful career in the hotel industry. Upon graduation, Daniel became an entrepreneur, owning three restaurants, before moving to the hotel industry, where he now manages a world-class resort with 350 employees.
