Who To Call?

NAIT Student Services

Tutorial Centre

A free service with professional tutors to assist students needing assistance in mathematics, physics, chemistry, or English. This service is available on a drop-in basis at three locations:

Please note:  Any time and location changes will be posted.

Main Campus, Room A133
Hours: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Sept–April)
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (May–July)

Souch Campus, Room Z205
Hours: 2:00-4:00 pm Monday to Thursday (Sept–June)

Suncor (Patricia) Campus, Room P152
Hours: 2:45-5:45 pm Monday to Thursday (Sept–June)

Peer Tutoring

You can hire an individual peer tutor in specific courses for approximately $10–15 per hour. If you have completed a course and done well (75% or better), you may be interested in becoming a peer tutor.
Location: Room A172B, Main Campus.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Student Awards

You may be eligible for a bursary, scholarship, or other financial award.
Location: Room O101, Main Campus.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD)

If you have a documented permanent or temporary disability, book an appointment with an advisor (Room W111–PB). If you think you may have a learning problem, book an appointment with a counsellor in Student Counselling, Room W111-PB, HP Centre, Main Campus.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Student Counselling

Professional counsellors available to assist you with personal  concerns. All services for registered students are free and confidental.
Location: Room W111-PB, South Lobby, Main Campus
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
