Who To Call?

NAIT Student Services

Tutorial Centre

A free service with professional tutors to assist students needing assistance in mathematics, physics, chemistry, or English. This service is available on a drop-in basis at three locations:

Please note:  Any time and location changes will be posted.

Main Campus, Room A133
Hours: 8:00 am to 1.15pm, 2:30 pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (September–June

Souch Campus, Room Z153A

Hours: 2:00-4:30 pm Monday to Thursday (September–June)

Suncor (Patricia) Campus, Room P150/P152
Hours: 12:15 pm to 4:15 pm Monday and Tuesday, 1:30pm to 4:45pm Wednesday and Thursday (September–June)

Peer Tutoring

You can hire an individual peer tutor in specific courses for approximately $15 per hour. If you have completed a course and done well (75% or better), you may be interested in becoming a peer tutor.
Location: Room A172B, Main Campus.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Student Awards

You may be eligible for a bursary, scholarship, or other financial award.
Location: Room O101, Main Campus.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD)

If you have a documented permanent or temporary disability, call, email or drop in to see a Drop In advisor in the Academic Success Centre (Room W111PB).
Office Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Drop In Advisor Hours: 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, Monday to Thursday


Student Counselling

Professional counsellors are available to assist you with personal or academic concerns. If you think you may have a learning problem, book an appointment with a counsellor. All services for registered students are free and confidental.

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
