Ernest's is open Monday to Friday from mid-September to mid-April. Reservations are required.

Monday through Thursday – a la carte, reservations 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
Friday – Student Showcase Buffet, reservations 11 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Dinner
Tuesday through Friday – a la carte, reservations 6–7:30 p.m.
