The Baking Club is a community service club for Baking students. Members are active in NAIT activities as well as community events.
Our activities
Members of the Baking Club participate in NAIT activities such as Shinerama, NAIT Students' Association (NAITSA) events and team sports. The club also gives back to the community through:
- supporting the Edmonton Food Bank
- donating clothing to the Salvation Army
- participating in the Santa Shuffle to raise funds for the Salvation Army
- volunteering at the Hope Mission
- helping patients at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital build gingerbread houses
Baking Club members also put their skills to work with projects supporting:
- United Way Campaign
- Kids with Cancer
- Edmonton Scarecrow Festival
