Services and Resources

The NAITSA Computer Commons is a self-serve lab that provides 24-hour access to:

• computers
• laser printers
• photocopiers

Lab monitors are available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. to assist you with the following tasks:

• adding money to your Equitrac account (coins and bills only)
• transferring your Valu Card money to your Equitrac account
• printing and photocopying with your Equitrac account
• creating your MyNAIT Portal login
• general NAIT information
• library book pick-up

Technical support is provided through the Student Success Centre Help Line. Lab monitors and security guards cannot provide technical support.

If you need more assistance than what is offered in the NAITSA Computer Commons, please visit the Project Factory in U210. They provide a variety of supplies and services for students and staff.
