If you have a software or technical support question, please contact the Student Success Contact Centre (SSCC) Help Line at 780.471.NAIT (780.471.6248). Support is provided for the following:

  • Learning Outcome Guides (LOGs) Online

If you have a question or concern about the operation or setup of the NAITSA Computer Commons, please contact:

  • Operational Supervisor (780.471.7724) – responsible for the staffing and general operation of the NAITSA Computer Commons.
  • Technical Supervisor (780.471.8644) – responsible for all the computer and hardware configurations in the NAITSA Computer Commons. This is not a technical support number. Technical support questions should be directed to the SSCC number above.

If you need more assistance than what is offered in the NAITSA Computer Commons, please visit the Project Factory in U210. They provide a variety of supplies and services for students and staff.
