Learn and practice new techniques with three of North America’s most renowned baking educators. Customize your experience by choosing from three two-day workshops:

• Workshop 1: Artisan Breads at their Best - Didier Rosada, Red Brick Consulting
• Workshop 2: Whole Grain Breads and Whole Grain Flours - Peter Reinhart, Johnson and Wales University
• Workshop 3: Live and Dead Dough Showpieces - Ciril Hitz, Johnson and Wales University

Four days of learning and fellowship

Participants will choose two of the above three workshops. Ample time is built in for demonstration, discussion, hands-on practice and questions. All workshops are conducted in the spacious, high-tech baking laboratories on NAIT’s main campus.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided each day, allowing participants even more time to network, share experiences and learn form each other.

Cost: $1,195
Registration cost includes workshops, ground transportation from hotels to NAIT and back, and all meals (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 3 dinners, all in Ernest's).
