Don’t miss this outstanding opportunity for hands-on professional development. NAIT Bakes is a unique, four day experience where you will learn and practice new techniques with two world renowned baking educators.
Four days of learning and fellowship
Participants will take both workshops, ensuring a memorable, in-depth learning experience. Ample time is built in for demonstration, discussion, hands-on practice and questions. All workshops are conducted in the spacious, high-tech baking laboratories on NAIT’s main campus.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided each day, allowing participants even more time to network, share experiences and learn from each other.
Registration cost includes workshops, daily ground transportation from preferred hotels to NAIT and back, and all meals (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 3 dinners, all in Ernest's). Parking will also be provided.
