Learn and practice new techniques with two of North America’s most renowned baking educators. Each registrant will participate in 2 two-day workshops:
Participants will take both workshops, ensuring a memorable, in-depth learning experience. Ample time is built in for demonstration, discussion, hands-on practice and questions. All workshops are conducted in the spacious, high-tech baking laboratories on NAIT’s main campus.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided each day, allowing participants even more time to network, share experiences and learn from each other.
Cost: $1,295
Registration cost includes workshops, daily ground transportation from preferred hotels to NAIT and back, and all meals (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 3 dinners, all in Ernest's).
