Workshop 2: Laminating with Flair Learn new and innovative Viennoiserie techniques for making beautiful and delicious breakfast pastries with Chef Ciril Hitz. This hands-on course will provide valuable instruction for making delicate and flaky pastries (both sweet and savory), covering everything from the classics to contemporary interpretations. Laminating as well as proper mixing and fermentation techniques will be covered as Ciril demonstrates practical ways that you can be artistically creative and finish your pastries with flair! |
