A student(s) who has a recorded failure, or an incomplete, is generally ineligible to receive scholarship(s) or award(s), but may be eligible for bursaries.
Student(s) must be attending NAIT and normally taking 80% (eighty percent) or more of the course load or its equivalent in the qualifying year for scholarship(s). The majority of scholarship(s) are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and based on term/semester or year marks.
Student(s) must be attending NAIT and normally taking 60% (sixty percent) or more of the course load or its equivalent in the qualifying year for bursaries. The majority of bursaries are awarded on the basis of financial need.
Student(s) must have completed the first semester/term, for all diploma, certificate, applied degree, or degree programs of more than one semester duration, in the year in which the award(s) is being offered.
In the interest of a fair and equitable distribution of award(s), a student(s) who receives a major award(s), i.e. an award or awards totalling $5,000.00 or more, shall not normally be eligible to receive additional award(s).
