Introduction to Applied Research Course

This online course leads learners through all stages of an applied research project; from planning to the knowledge dissemination or technology transfer stage. It introduces NAIT faculty and staff to policies, business processes, and best practices for applied research and builds on real, practical examples of applied research projects from NAIT.

NAIT Researcher Handbook

This handbook was written as an informational resource for NAIT’s faculty, staff and students to support them in their applied research and scholarly activities. It summarizes key policies and guidelines relevant to applied research and more generally, scholarly activities, as well as relevant NAIT administrative structures and practices that are in place to support applied research and scholarly activities.
