The Dental Assisting Club is a community service club for Dental Assisting students. Members are active in NAIT Student Association (NAITSA) activities and in the community.
Members of the Dental Assisting Club are actively involved in fundraising for local organizations. Recent fundraisers have supported the Lois Hole Hospital for Women and the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.
The club has also worked with Health and Life Sciences students and staff to create healthy snack bags for the Boyle McCauley Health Centre. Students and staff donated funds and product, and the club members prepared and delivered the bags to the centre.
