NAIT Campus Recreation Services offers a wide variety of programming – take a look at the classes and courses we offer.
Campus Recreation is committed to providing fitness for everyBODY, including people of all ages and physical abilities, in a friendly and approachable environment. Our specialty classes are designed to teach you a new skill, brush up on forgotten skills and challenge you over a four-week period.

Back by popular demand, this one-month group fitness pass will help you see what sparks your fitness interests this semester. All classes are suitable for all fitness levels. The first month runs October 2-27 followed by month two running from November 6-December 1. Register for both and save 10%.
* Full-time NAIT students receive 3 free classes per week with the option to 'top-up' for the full Fitness Unlimited program.
* New classes this semester are: Kettlebell HIIT, Restorative Yoga, Spin & Butts Express, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, HIIT, TRX HIIT, Move It and Power Hour.

Start off the school year with some free fitness classes and find out which classes are right for you. All classes will be offered in our Fitness Unlimited months, so this is your chance to try them out first at no cost!

12 Days of Fitness
From December 4-8 and 11-15, join us for 12 days free group fitness classes ending off with a grand prize giveaway courtesy of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Marmot Basin. Featuring fan favourites like Yoga HIIT and Arms & Abs to a unique Kung Fu Hero workout, you'll be sure to find something that gets your body moving.
Drop-In Fitness Passes
Can't commit to the whole program? No problem. Drop-in passes provide flexibility to experience a variety of classes. Available for $12 per class or a 10-visit punch pass for $100 +GST. Visit O-117 to get your pass.
* Punch passes expire June 30, 2018.
