About the Program
Students in this program develop and practice customer service representative skills in our simulated bank environment lab. As students progress through the program, they learn to integrate business processes with client expectations.
Graduates have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service with the ability to recommend financial products and services to clients. Graduates find themselves in a variety of roles including: customer service representatives, financial advisors, financial administrators, accounts payable, office managers, assistant to insurance agents/mortgage brokers/Realtors and bookkeeping.
