Human Resource Management
Grads find employment in managing the human resources in all types of organizations. The diploma provides an excellent transition to the BBA degree.
This program provides practical skills to entrepreneurial individuals aspiring to start their own business, purchase an existing business or take over a family business. Grads may choose to use their diploma as a stepping stone to a BBA degree.
The Marketing program provides graduates with career flexibility in a wide range of fields. Grads apply marketing concepts to create, communicate and deliver value for consumers, and drive sustainable growth in their respective organizations. The Marketing diploma is a natural step towards a BBA degree.
Graduate Information & Opportunities
Continuing your studies
Graduates of the full 2-year programs are eligible to pursue further education and receive credit towards a number of designations related to their field of specialization.
Graduates of the Business Administration diploma programs may receive a two-year transfer credit toward the completion of the following 4-year degree programs.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), NAIT
- Bachelor of Applied Business Administration – Accounting, NAIT
- Bachelor of Applied Business – Finance, NAIT
Other post-secondary institutions may receive two-year transfer credits toward Administration and Management degrees at the University of Lethbridge, Athbasca University, Concordia University College of Alberta and Open University in British Columbia. Graduates of business administration programs may also be granted advance credit by the University of Alberta, University of Calgary, the Institute of Canadian Bankers (ICB) and the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping (CIB).
