Application Fees for Credit Programs & Courses
For each application submitted, a $115.00 non-refundable application fee will be charged to the applicant. For this fee you can apply for up to 2 programs on the same application by making a first and second choice. If you want to apply for more than 2 programs, or if you choose to add a second choice after you've already submitted your application, you will be required to pay the application fee a second time.
International Document Assessment Fee
Applicants submitting international documents and/or transcripts are required to have an analysis and comparison of their documents to provincial (Alberta) standards. Applicants are able to have their international documents and/or transcripts assessed by the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) or World Education Services (WES) prior to submitting your application. In order to equate specific courses from an IQAS assessment, a course-by-course Education Assessment is required. In order to equate specific courses from a WES assessment, a course-by-course Credential Evaluation and Authentication report is required. A fee is not charged by NAIT to review IQAS or WES assessments.
Applicants are also able to submit their official international documents or transcripts to NAIT after applying to have your international documents or transcripts assessed. NAIT international document assessments can only be used for admissions at NAIT.
