With your employer, complete and submit the Apprenticeship Application and Contract form and submit to an Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board office to determine if you are eligible for status as an indentured apprentice. Download application form |

Register at NAIT, prior to the start of the desired training schedule, by visiting the Registrar’s office, by phone or by submitting your application by fax. Download application form |
