The Chef's Table at Ernest's Dining Room is designed to be a unique "classroom" experience for dining enthusiasts. You are given the opportunity to sit in an intimate behind-the-scenes kitchen setting, giving you front-row seats to witness the entire cooking process.
Ernest’s is proud to present this unique dinner with the help of Pacific Wines and Spirits and Alley Kat Brewing Company. Chef Michael Hassall will create a 5 course menu that you will have the opportunity to taste with both a grape and a grain.
Our student chefs include members of Culinary Team NAIT, which has won several international awards.
