On September 29, Ernest's Dining Room and NAIT culinary students are excited to join forces with Chef Shane Chartrand, an award-winning NAIT alumni, Executive Chef of the River Cree Resort & Casino and author of Marrow, a cookbook featuring recipes of progressive indigenous cuisine.
