Join the Mawji Centre and NAIT's Enactus team as we host an event all about pitching. As a startup, every opportunity you get to showcase your brand to a targeted audience of potential investors, partners and customers is invaluable. For this session Craig Elias, Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Bow Valley College, will lead us through the in's and out's of a good pitch. We will also hear from Cole Rosentreter, CEO of Pegasus Imagery, who recently won the pitch competition at Draper University in the Silicone Valley. Cole will share what has worked for him and why.
Craig Elias has been a top sales performer at every company that’s hired him. Forbes magazine has also named him one of the most social sales people on the planet.
How has Craig, best known for his daily orange shirt uniform, maximized his talents at the Bow Valley College? By coaching a number of learners on growing a business through VentureQuest, the business idea competition he co-developed for the Chiu School of Business. His mentees have included Sara Barreto, last year’s VentureQuest winner, who opened Waffle Pops at the Market on Macleod this past October.
