Department Head, Culinary Arts and Professional Food Studies
Jeff Gordon graduated from NAIT’s Culinary Arts program in 1989. Now well-versed in the art of cookery, Jeff’s impressive culinary resume includes stints at many prestigious properties, including Walden’s Restaurant, the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald and Restaurant Hecht in Zug, Switzerland.
In 1998, Jeff accepted a position as chef instructor at NAIT. In 2010, he moved into the role of associate chair for the Department of Culinary Arts and Professional Food Studies, and in June 2016 he accepted the position of Department Head of the Culinary Arts and Professional Food Studies Department in the School of Skilled Trades.
