Sunny Side Up

Reading Week’s over and I am swamped with schoolwork. So much for reminiscing and daydreaming.

CANCUN was AMAZING.That’s all I could say.

Every free-spirited person should visit Cancun, Mexico once in their life. Pictures to follow, once I’ve sorted the million to-dos in my planner.

That was one of the most wicked trips I have ever had in my life. Now I could say I have partied like an 18-year old and will not regret a single thing I did. This is a good way to get back to adult mode and start acting like a 28-year old. A lot of people told me I act a lot younger than my age lately. You know what? You guys just don’t know what you’re missing! Life is too short to waste waiting for stuff to happen…let the blueprint of your life unfold right here, right now.

What happens in Cancun, stays in Cancun. Now, I am all PARTIED OUT.

Back to the real world. Sigh.

I just arrived from Calgary today to complete the last piece of the puzzle — my tourist visa.

All set. Good to go. I got everything I need.
I’M OFF TO PARADISE IN 2 WEEKS!

That’s how I feel right now.I am in my last semester here at NAIT and I thought I would just breeze through this…NOT!16 weeks. That’s all I have. After that, a new life will unfold. Just when I thought I am a few steps away from the finish line, my subjects make it seem the finish line is miles away. This will be a very busy semester for me. So many decisions have to be made, so many options that need to be weighed and analyzed. Sometimes I wish I was a very tiny insect, so small I wasn’t visible to the naked eye. I just want to disappear! Run away from all the madness…the chaos caused by school.Yup, isn’t it obvious I’m blabbering? Perhaps ranting? I don’t know. All I know is that I want to get this semester done right away! This is a very challenging time for me, and I am ready to face all these challenges and hurdles HEAD ON! I will be the last student standing! Ha!OK, back to my homework.*still dreaming of the beach*
