Leadership Development Program

Overview

NAIT's Leadership Development Program is designed for business and industry professionals who will be entering leadership positions in the coming years. The program will challenge rising leaders to think differently about their actions, behaviours, and leadership styles, allowing them to successfully adapt to change and face future obstacles. These rising leaders will be prepared to contribute to their organization's bottom line, since strong leadership often results in increased profits.

This program is typically offered one day per month over the course of one year with a new topic being presented each month. The program includes monthly assignments, readings, and project work with a final exam upon completion of all modules.
