It introduces concepts and basic terminology and covers relationships among activities in the supply chain. Knowledge of the material in this module is a suggested prerequisite for the other modules.
Required text: Introduction to Materials Management, 5th Edition, J. R. (Tony) Arnold - approximate cost $155 + GST. This text is a good reference for some of the other modules.
