BAK210 NAIT BAKES 2010

NAIT BAKES is a four-day Masters Workshop event geared to professionals in the baking industry. In small groups of their peers, participants will learn and practise new techniques with high-profile guest instructors, some of North America’s most renowned baking educators.
NAIT BAKES features three two-day workshops; participants will choose two of these three:
• Artisan Breads at Their Best; with instructor Didier Rosada
• Whole Grain Breads and Whole Grain Fours; with instructor Peter Reinhart
• Live & Dead Dough Showpieces; with instructor Ciril Hitz
Registration cost includes:
• two workshops and all related materials
• daily ground transportation between hotel and NAIT Main Campus
• four breakfasts, four lunches and three evening meals in NAIT’s award-winning dining room, Ernest’s.
