BAK210 NAIT BAKES

NAIT BAKES is a four-day Masters Workshop event geared to professionals in the baking industry. In small groups of their peers, participants will learn and practise new techniques with high-profile guest instructors, some of North America’s most renowned baking educators.

NAIT BAKES features 2 two-day workshops:

• Laminating with Flair with instructor Ciril Hitz

• All About Sourdough with instructor Didier Rosada

Registration cost includes:

• two workshops and all related materials

• daily ground transportation between recommended hotel and NAIT Main Campus

• four breakfasts, four lunches and three evening meals in NAIT’s award-winning dining room, Ernest’s.
