Try your hand at novelty sugar craft. This is an intense and rewarding course on the sweet development of sugar decorations. Find out how you use sugar to make simple decorations using the techniques of pulled, blown, cast, straw, rock and bubble sugar. Impress even yourself as you learn to make swans, roses and ribbons. You will also cover the skills of sugar boiling, sugar storage and isomalt use (demonstration only).
