Bring the art of handmade baking back. Using techniques and tips from the pros, you will learn how to make four quality baked items by hand. The specific items are traditional, long-standing favourites of bakery lovers. Roll-up your sleeves for:
• tea biscuits
• pie dough and fruit pies
• bread and dinner buns
• German Paste fruit flan filled with pastry cream
