BAK42 Artisan Bread Baking Level II
Mesmerize your friends, family members and even yourself by expanding upon your newly acquired bread baking expertise. Through lectures, demonstration, and hands-on practice you will learn how to make and shape new and interesting creations. The focus of the class is on giving you the tools and teaching you the process to make unique, distinct and original breads.
